Starting therapy can feel like a vulnerable step — whether you’re reaching out for yourself, your child, or your family. My goal is to create a space where therapy feels welcoming, supportive, and genuinely helpful from the start.
I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, parenting stress, life transitions, and grief.
I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping clients understand patterns between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building skills for emotional regulation, communication, and resilience.
I provide in-person therapy in El Dorado Hills and telehealth services throughout California, allowing flexibility to meet clients where they feel most comfortable.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can feel understood, capable, and supported in taking meaningful steps forward — even when life feels uncertain.
Some things to know about therapy:
It’s for anyone at anytime of life. We set goals and things to focus on, but it doesn’t mean you have to be in-crisis or “deeply broken” in order to want to come to therapy. Sometimes we just need an emotional check-up!
I take many kinds of insurance and have a sliding pay scale. We try our hardest to make therapy accessible to as many people as we can.
It starts with a call. The first step is to have a brief conversation where I hear about what kind of help you are looking for. This is very important to making sure we are the right fit for each other. This is not a therapy session, and is completely free.
